Leadbot

It would be great if re-marketing based on a given tag would be possible. For example, a lead with tag X sees LeadGenForm message X and a lead with tag Y sees LeadGenForm message Y :)

Existing customer wants to have the add-on Leadbot but only when the confirmation email is not sent from info@leadinfo.com . He doesn't think this is professional. He would like to have the option to have this being sent out from his business info mail. The Leadinfo branding on the tool itself on the website is no problem but only the confirmation email.

At the moment, the Leadbot is not suitable for people with disabilities who visit the website. Since this legislation ( https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=1202&intPageId=5581&langId=en ) will also apply to a large number of companies from 2025, I think it is important to make the leadbot accessible. For now, it is almost impossible to open when you navigate through the website with a keyboard, and the submit button of a form in the bot is also not visible when it can be triggered. Is there anything for this on the roadmap already? Because I can't find it.

I miss the option to also refer to a landing page due to an action instead of email/tel no. Or that you ask for an address to send a customized package there. It is very limited in terms of options, though. It would also be nice if it could include a few more formatting options, such as an image in the pop-up.

The basic widget view is rather big for my website. It would be nice to be able to choose between a number of layouts (and a number of more discreet widgets).

The filter of targeting at a certain time is cut off which looks strange. It now looks like it says "is tusse".

Show in the overview of all bots more details about which template a bot consist of.

I see a few areas for improvement for the Leadbot. When visitors fill out a form, they receive a confirmation via email. This confirmation is linked to a Leadinfo email address ( info@leadinfo.com ) and is therefore also the sender. I would like to change this to our own company/an email address for our company. With the Lead gen Form, you could have the visitor's submission sent to multiple emails (recipients). This is not possible with the Leadbot with a form. Would love to see this option. You can't delete avatars, but it would be useful. I would like to highlight Call to Actions in various colors. Now there is one option (color). I used it for our most important conversion into our corporate identity. But I would also like to make WhatsApp in the recognizable green color. When you are sent to WhatsApp via a WhatsApp CTA, the typed message in the leadbot is placed between multiple enters/spaces. This is unnecessary. The ability to hide “By Leadinfo”.

Changing a “button name” has to be done via the 3 dots, this is always confusing. You automatically click on edit and then have to go back. Save changes are not included if you don't click save in the top right corner, even though you clicked save in the edit. You must then do the action again if you forget. If you click save at the top, he will close everything over and you will have to fill in the form again. You then have to find where you left off. This is not convenient.
