Currently, it is not possible to automatically and retroactively add companies that have previously visited our website to an Autopilot campaign, including contacting the designated Decision-Making Unit (DMU). This limitation means that when new insights emerge, it's not feasible to add these previously visited companies to an Autopilot campaign without manual intervention. Given the volume of companies that might need to be added, this manual process is impractical and represents a missed opportunity. To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns, we recommend implementing a feature that allows for the automatic retroactive addition of leads to campaigns, along with the automatic contacting of the appropriate DMU. This enhancement would ensure that our marketing efforts are comprehensive, targeted, and capitalize on all available data, leading to better engagement and results.
